Shipping policy

Orders are shipped on Mondays before 1pm (excluding holidays). An email is automatically sent when shipped with a tracking number.

Shipping costs are free in France, and are calculated at checkout for international shipments (EU + world).

We deliver in France and worldwide, with the Colissimo service.

In case of damaged or lost orders, please contact the email address elgorminatorcrochet@gmail.com to discuss the possibility of a refund or resend.

Elgorminator is not responsible for delays or problems related to delivery by Colissimo.
